No deposit for labour; it is invoiced once you have signed the job off. Materials we supply are listed on the quote and invoiced when ordered. Pay by card or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
If something we fitted fails within the guarantee period, we come back and put it right at no cost to you. It is written on the quote, not just here.
Cancel before work begins and you owe nothing. Cancel once it has started and you pay only for work done and materials already ordered for you. Anything overpaid is refunded within 14 days. Full policy.
